September Snowflake......FALLING LEAVES.......free pattern

Supplies: 
size 7 boyle hook
# 10 thread of your choice
2 color

Stitches:  ch,  sc, sl st, dc, trc, picot

Chain 3 Picot:  Ch. 3, sl st in top of last st just made.

Directions:   Ch. 6, join with a sl st to lst ch. to form a ring.

Rnd. 01.  Ch. 12 sc in ring, join in first sc.

Rnd. 02.  * Ch. 11, sc in 2nd ch from hook, and next 5 ch.'s.  Leave remaining sts unworked.  Working up oposite side of the chain, right side facing sc in same st as last sc.  hdc, dc, trc, dc, 3 hdc in last st. working down oposite side hdc in first sc, dc, trc, dc, hdc, sc.  working 5 sc around the last 4 ch. sts.  sc. in next sc on ring, ch 3, picot, sc in same st. sc in next ch st.* repeat around from * to * join. Finish off  (6 leaves with picot in between each)

Rnd. 03.  Join 2nd. color in 1st sc on any leaf. ch 1, sc in same st. * (ch 3, skip 1 st, sc in next) repeat 5 times.  5 trc. in picot between leaves, sc in 1st st on next leaf,*  Repeat from * to * join with sl st in lst sc. 

Rnd. 04.  Slt st in 1st ch loop, ch 1, sc in 1st loop. * (ch 4, sc in next loop) repeat 4 times, ch 3, skip 5 trc, sc in ch 3 loop * repeat from * to* around join with sl st in lst sc.

Rnd. 05.  *  2sc in 1st. ch 4 loop. sc. picot, sc in next sc. ( 2 sc, picot, 1 sc in next loop, sc, picot sc in next sc) Repeat 2 times. 2 sc in next loop. 2 dc, picot 1 dc. in next ch 3 loop.*  Repeat around join, finish off.

Hello Followers

I am working on a new snowflake, but we are also working on our home as winter is approaching just around the corner.  We are already having very cool morning where we need to wear a light jacket.
I will try my best to get the September snowflake out before October 1st.
